For investors

Marketplaces are valued on GMV. Infrastructure is valued on inevitability.

AGGREGATE+ is the trust infrastructure for creator and agent commerce: one verified economic identity per person, with reputation derived exclusively from real paid transactions — then exposed as a rail that humans and AI agents use to safely spend money on people. The surfaces (profiles, publishing, memberships, services, email) are distribution for the asset underneath: the reputation graph.

What is already built — and why it compounds

Reputation only money can buy

Every reputation signal derives exclusively from verified, on-platform transactions — an append-only event stream written by the same webhooks that move money. Not self-reported. Not importable. Structurally impossible to fake.

Portable, cryptographically verifiable

The reputation graph is served as signed JWS objects and W3C Verifiable Credentials under did:web — third parties and AI agents verify without trusting our API. Plaid-for-trust, in the interoperable standard.

Escrowed settlement for real deal sizes

Milestone escrow with platform custody, guarded single-transfer releases, and dispute freezes — the machinery that moves service commerce from $100 gigs into the $1k–$50k range where GMV concentrates.

Agent-native distribution

A full MCP server lets AI agents discover, evaluate, and initiate hires of verified humans — with mandatory human approval wherever money moves. As agent commerce scales, we are the rail it settles on.

The revenue stack

  1. 1Transaction take rate on services (transparent volume ladder: first $500/mo free → 1.9% → 0.9%)
  2. 2Recurring platform revenue: memberships + newsletters (undercutting incumbents' 10%+)
  3. 3SaaS: team & buyer seats, procurement and approval chains
  4. 4API: paid access to the signed reputation graph
  5. 5Agent commerce fees — and, eventually, underwriting on agent-initiated hires

Take-rate revenue funds the flywheel; the reputation API and agent-commerce layers carry infrastructure margins. Every architectural decision pushes the company from marketplace multiples toward infrastructure multiples.

Diligence starts here — discover the network yourself

Where we are

Founding-cohort stage: the full platform — verified profiles, services with escrow, memberships, publishing, the CRM/email engine, the signed reputation API, and the MCP agent layer — is built, tested, and in production. Live platform metrics are public at /stats; the operating philosophy is at /manifesto.

Diligence happens on the product: message the founder through the platform itself — the DM, the profile, and this page all run on the infrastructure being pitched.
